    Excellent hotel with great amenities like free parking, wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. I recall how the staff kindly returned my forgotten shower bag during my first stay. It's always a pleasant experience, and I plan to return for Christmas!

    Came here for 1 night with my grandson, had a very nice stay. The rooms were reasonably large and modern with a king size bed kept by the extremely friendly staff. I really enjoyed GREAT food.

    Helpful mini fridge for keeping drinks cold.

    The AC did not cool the room properly at all. I also discovered there was no toilet paper in the bathroom when I urgently needed it. The staff seemed preoccupied and unhelpful when I asked about my reservation issues.

    Room was very comfortable, and clean. Price was very good.

    There was no sealing around the room door. You could see light around the entire perimeter of the door, and hear everything that was happening in the hallway. It would be better if breakfast went until 10am.

    Close proximity to Lake Summerset, reasonable pricing for pets, sufficient vending and ice machines on each floor

    Toilet paper should be a given!!! The AC unit needs to be properly serviced!!! Unusable towel bars and a lack of proper room cleaning indicate neglect!!! More attention to detail is necessary!!!

    The hotel was clean. Pool was small but clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a good selection.

    We booked a room with 2 dbl beds and got a King size. With having 4 of us this was a inconvenience. And they were not able to switch rooms.
